This British company is probably best-known for its range of English Lavender toiletries and the 'Lavender Seller', which became synonymous with its brands of cosmetics and compacts during the 20s and 30s, and has continued up to the present day.
|A lovely 1969 mirrored blusher compact & brush set in white plastic with a black 'Biba-style' design, very typical of the period. The label on the base reads 'next to nothing' - Blush - Soft Pink and an intact label on the base of the brush. Both compact and brush measure only 4.5 cms. It is unused and in super condition.|
|Silver sides and black centre panel depicting the lavender seller in gold. This is a sweet compact, measuring 2" square and the silver panels to front and back have a raised 'bubble' design. The case is empty but would have held a powder godet. Good condition.|
